Baby Potato Fry

Ingredients:
  1. Baby potato - 1/4 kg.
  2. rice flour - 1 spoon.
  3. Red chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
  4. Turmeric powder - a pinch.
  5. Mustard - 1/4 spoon.
  6. salt as required.
  7. Oil as required.
Procedure:
  1. Boil baby potatoes and peel off the skin.
  2. Mix rice flour,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt together in a bowl.
  3. toss these potatoes in this mixture(Till the potatoes gets the complete coating).
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Add mustard.Once it splutters add these potatoes.
  6. Keep the stove in low flame.Cover the pan with the lid and wait for 3-5 mins.
  7. Potato fry is ready to serve.
Serves good with Rasam rice and Vathakuzhambu rice.
